Yes, my name is Joey, and yes, I am a girl. Right now I'm working on my Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Media Arts and Animation because an Associate's Degree won't get you anywhere in the field if you like enough money to do things like eat. I had to move from good old NC to do that and man, do I ever miss it. Go there sometime. If only to drink some sweet iced tea, have some cornbread, and talk to a stranger, go there. People are nice out there.
I am supposed to start in the field in a year or a year-and-a-half, give or take. If you're a professional with some insight, message me. Or if you just have an interest in cartoons, message me. I'm just getting started with LiveJournal, so it'll take some time for me to get going, but I'll get it soon enough.
I recently started reading fanfics. There is no short of imagination in this world as it turns out, heh. Pretty soon, I'll be getting a video editor. When I do, I'll share some links later on. That's it for now!
